Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added on the invoice according to your delivery address.
Stock figures on the site reflect what is in our warehouse and update as orders are placed. In the rare case that an item sells out between your order and our picking it, we will contact you and refund in full.
Colour and pattern
Screens cannot reproduce colour exactly, and photographs of textured or metallic papers are especially unreliable. We recommend ordering a sample before buying for a whole room. A colour difference between your screen and the delivered paper is not a fault.
Batches
Wallpaper is printed in batches and colour varies slightly between them. We supply one batch per order wherever stock allows. Please check the batch numbers match before hanging.
Inspection before hanging
Check every roll before you start: batch numbers, damage, and any printing fault. Report problems before hanging.
As is standard across the industry, hanging a roll is taken as accepting it. We cannot claim against a mill for paper already on a wall, and we cannot cover the cost of labour to hang or remove it.
Quantities
The roll calculator gives an estimate based on the measurements you enter and a 10% trimming allowance. It is a guide, not a guarantee — walls are rarely square and installers work differently. If a job is tight, order the extra roll.
Returns
See shipping and returns. In short: unopened rolls can come back, opened ones cannot, and samples are not returnable.
Our liability
If we get something wrong, we will replace the goods or refund them. We are not liable for decorating costs, consequential loss, or delays outside our control.
