What we collect

When you place an order, we collect what is needed to fulfil it:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Shipping and billing addresses
• What you ordered

If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can pick up the thread later.

Payment details

We never see your card. Payment is handled by our payment processor on their own systems; card numbers do not reach our servers and we cannot store them.

The room visualiser

Photos you upload to the visualiser are used to render the preview you asked for. We do not use them for anything else and we do not publish them.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it except with the services that ship your order and take payment.
• We do not email you marketing unless you ask us to.

Cookies

The site uses the cookies needed to keep a basket working. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, this page will say so and you will be asked first.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Some records must be kept for tax purposes for a period set by law, and we will tell you if that applies.
